Need Advice: Big4 vs Wipro (4.2 YOE)

I have 4.2 years of experience and currently working in the integration space. I’ve received the following offers (sharing fixed compensation only):
Deloitte – Consultant – ₹17.5 LPA
KPMG – Consultant – ₹19.0 LPA
Wipro – Senior Software Engineer – ₹20.6 LPA
I’m trying to decide between choosing a Big4 (Deloitte/KPMG) vs Wipro.

One of my family members is diagnosed with breast cancer and I have to take care of her. I have been working from home (1.6 Yr) since the joining in my present organization. But now, they are saying if I resign due to any reason then I have to serve notice period (90 days) from office that too in night shift 3:00 to 12:00. My office is in different state.

Anyone interviewed for DoorDash strategy/ops senior associate positions? What’s their salary band? Asked about it and the hiring team person who reached out to me refused to share info, saying that a recruiter will share this info later in the process. LOL. I heard some lowballing offers from DoorDash and other bad recruiting practices too.
