Need Advice: Big4 vs Wipro (4.2 YOE)

I have 4.2 years of experience and currently working in the integration space. I’ve received the following offers (sharing fixed compensation only):
Deloitte – Consultant – ₹17.5 LPA
KPMG – Consultant – ₹19.0 LPA
Wipro – Senior Software Engineer – ₹20.6 LPA
I’m trying to decide between choosing a Big4 (Deloitte/KPMG) vs Wipro.

What is the salary Range of a Cybersecurity Engineer - SOC Analyst with experience of 3-5 years?

Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?

I am based out of Canada with Masters degree in HR and over 5 plus years of experience in hiring tech. professionals across consulting, AI and Cybersecurity domains.

What compensation range can i expect from Google ? How much do recruiters make at Google, just curious.

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.
