Probably not if they get cash from the card. If they charge it to a vendor possibly but not if you get cash, most points programs don’t work that way.

You can take a loan off of your retirement account and that way you’re paying yourself back with interest rather than a company. If it was much more than 2k, I wouldn’t advocate for that because you’d be losing time in the market, but 2k is pretty trivial, you’d make it back in less than an year with the increased contributions you make to satisfy the loan in addition to what you already contribute.
I’d only do this if 2k was less than 10% of your retirement account value as well.
