Idk if adding an MBA is worthwhile if you don’t know what you want to do. You do it and then what? You still don’t know??
I guess work experience would be more valuable at this point to find what I like
Build up rapport with your partner and tell him what you want to do maybe he could help
EA is back office, not the consulting side, very big difference
Not necessarily trying to get on the consulting side

Seconding D1 and KPMG1. Informational interviews across ranks will give insight into pros/cons of other opportunities your considering.
Adding: reflect on what you like most about your day to day activities and why, consider your strengths, then look for opportunities/jobs that have that as a large portion of work. If there’s major gaps, consider if they are dealbreakers to getting an interview or something you could learn on the job.
My experience: I was in nonprofit management. I liked having an impact, small teams, working with our board (decision makers), and having strategic conversations. It led me to consulting. I couldn’t pivot easily so went back for my MBA (which was always a goal after undergrad). I didn’t have strong analytical skills but could rock an excel well so worked with what I knew and googled what I didn’t until I got the job then got a project with PowerBI so could learn that skill (fill that gap) while getting paid for it.
Good luck!
