Need guidance, tips, some motivation. I work in a basic service role at Macquarie, looking to get entry level jobs in investment banking, asset management and don't have direct work experience in any of them due to many reasons. I couldn't get grad-roles due to my immigration status at the time, citizen now. I'm technically very competent in these domains, as I'm currently doing CFA (L2 passed) and CPA courses. But still couldn't secure even an entry level associate role in above fields.
