Need help deciding, after big4 audit as a senior is it better to go into a industry accounting role or internal audit if what I’m looking for is less hours but still great pay. I’m leaning towards internal audit since there are no month and year end closing periods. Does anyone have any insight? I’m in a HCOL

I recently switched to a developer role in a product based company from a support engineer for past 4 years in a service based company. I got a good hike as well.

They expected me to do something for them in busy season when I was booked on another client, but when I try to get time to talk to them about my reviews or performance, they seem to just ignore my invites or reschedule constantly and last minute.
