Need some advice on home office equipment and furniture. I have a second bedroom which I plan to place my desk and my stationary bike as we are still remote. I do want to upgrade and get a peloton bike but I am also looking at upgrading to a sitting/ standing desk with an added desk bike. Would this be redundant? Anyone who has a desk bike, do you actually use it while working?

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?
