I applied to Amazon job in LinkedIn . Got a mail to complete a Hacker Earth test from Amazon . But i felt not prepared and didn't even try it thinking i might fail and they might not shortlist me the next time when i apply again after preparing .
Do they track any data like who didn't attend the test so they can ignore them next time? Or if i prepare good enough and reapply again after 3 to 4 months would this cause any issue?

OP, I came from Cap many years ago. You are in for a serious downgrade with this proposal. Why not make a push for PMD here? DM me if you want to brainstorm.
Also, leaving you with one thought - Cap (or any other future employer for that matter, Deloitte included) will entice potential incoming Talent with huge comp increases. They really cannot sustain it and will plateau the comp out over a few cycles - it’s a given. At the SM level you probably are not going to be job hopping too many times going forward.
If you're thinking of moving purely based on comp increase, it should be a no brainer. If you're looking at the value and rep - stay put.
Which part of Capgemini? And what city? I was at cap before and don’t really recommend. But I totally acknowledge it could depend on location and practice.

The pay differential at partner is substantial. Long term you’re better off staying and hitting partner. Can you make it?
25% now. Likely nothing for the next 3-5 years…
How is the culture at Cap? SAP practice mainly
EY1 is right. Now experienced resources are leaving and they’re bleeding talent at all levels.
25% typically is worth it - but not so much more that your an idiot for not taking it.
How much do you dislike D and are you hoping to hit Partner?
SAP.. New York.. SM D2 level..
No Partner promotion in sight for the next 3 yrs.. Capgemini is hiring big.. have a friend from Accenture who has got a similar offer with 22% hike..
At SM , level will not be better just like that
I rejected the offer Deloitte has much better benefits
