I wanted to check if anyone here has experience working with the Novartis account at Cognizant.
I’ve recently been aligned to a role with this client, and I wanted to understand a few things :

Is the work model fully work-from-office or hybrid?
How is the client interview process after joining?
How overall work culture and expectations on this account ?

Any insights would really help me make an informed decision.

I have my last day at employer A right before thanksgiving and will be covered on their health insurance through 11/30. I am taking some time off before starting a new position with employer B in mid January but their insurance wouldn’t be effective until 2/1. I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? I have got an offer letter from cognizant which is having the compensation of 10.2LPA. Now I have got another offer from LTI and the compensation is 11LPA. But I need to join COGNIZANT. Is there any chance for changing the compensation again in cognizant? Will they be able to change the compensation again? Is it so then how to approach them.
