Hey everyone! I’m a couple months in of trying to find a SDR role. Does anyone have any advice for interviews or just to stand out from the crowd? Any advice would be much appreciated!

We interviewed a great candidate, extended a verbal offer and she accepted. We sent the written offer a few days ago but she hasn’t opened it or accepted (it’s expiring tomorrow). Have you ever had to follow up? How did you handle it? My company is small with no HR, so I have to handle the hiring myself.

Hi! I’ve been in the ESG space for nearly 7 years and submitted an app for an ESG Consulting role at PwC. My app was unfortunately rejected. Now, my app is ‘under review’ in the system. Between the time of the rejection and reversal, I’ve made connections with people in the department and the role has been reopened/reposted. Should I reapply using a referral and revamped resume or just try my luck with the application that’s now ‘under review?’ I want to be sure my chances are better this time.

When interviewing for a position at Accenture does ACN reach out to HR at your current firm? Do they follow up with the 3 previous supervisors you are asked to provide in your application? What all do they ask each them and what are they looking for?

Hi everyone. I have a final round pm interview coming up. I'm supposed to make a presentation and present it based on a scenario they gave me. Does anyone have any good advice on how to make sure I do well on this presentation? Could be basic from advice on the slides to how I should present it. I am getting a little impatient with a recruiter who feels like she has been ghosting me. I need to make another decision with a company by tomorrow but have not heard back from this other company since I’ve interviewed last Monday. Last week I got automated call from infosys and asked few details . After that I got call from hr and said my interview is scheduled on next week and very next day one person called me and asked few technical questions .she said she's calling from infosys and this is technical screening round . Today same hr called and said she will be scheduling a client interview.
