Negotiating promotion salary from copywriter to senior copywriter in DC. Does 85K sound fair?

Curious about PA M1 bonus. IA to be precise. What’s the percentage?

I have been offered the post of "Solution Delivery Advisor" at Deloitte. Offered CTC is 9.5 LPA fixed.
Can anyone let me know where in the MC and TC hierarchy this post falls and is this salary enough or should I ask for more?
KPMG is offering 10.7 for Associate Consultant post. Let me know what would be the smarter choice.

Is it difficult landing an in-house position as only a second year corporate associate in big law? I know some people who went in-house straight out of law school and some who had no transactional background but went in-house after just a year of practice. Not having that same luck on my end.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line
