Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?
Sunday night to LGA, flying by Philly

Advice on taking and passing the SPHR exam?
Hi all,
I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)
(sap domain)
How's the resource management here?
(do they lagOff?)
Any inputs will be helpful.
Thanks!

Leave the foxes alone. They won’t hurt you and you shouldn’t hurt them.
@OP - So you should be able to tell us.... what does the fox say?

It’s probably their habitat that you and your neighbors invaded. Leave them be and be responsible about your pets.
Fox are definitely not dangerous to humans and most dogs or cats. Coyotes are different story.
Personally I would enjoy them. If you think they are nuisance contact your local animal control.
They did contact animal control....
Are foxes even a threat to humans?
Not really. They are generally skittish of people. I have a den near my house and see foxes out and about once in awhile. We had a gray fox around my parents house for a bit. If humans are approaching them, they usually run off.
You’re fortunate to have foxes. They are beautiful, smart animals and they eat rodents, which are a scourge everywhere. I would say the only danger, which is true of any wild animal, is the possibility of rabies. Teach your children not to touch them or go near them and if the animal seems unnaturally friendly and to let you know if they see this behavior. That’s the time to call animal control! Otherwise, be grateful that the world has blessed you with a little bit of wildness. It’s wonderful!

My parents regularly see foxes around their house and both neighbors have dogs. It was really only a concern when we had a cat and it never actually became an issue. Foxes are relatively small and I don’t think they would want to fight with a dog. They leave people alone unless they’re rabid
I’ll trade you the foxes for the bobcats and coyotes I have in my neighborhood, and I live in the middle of Dallas.
Thankfully no mountain lions here but I have a couple possums that live around my yard. They trigger my ring almost every night. They are so good to have around.

Not a real threat to dogs or children unless rabid. With rabies, bats, raccoons and skunks are more likely to have rabies than foxes.
My parents had a fox den in their backyard and the fox never came close to us or any of our dogs. They’re out most at night so it shouldn’t be an issue

Damn I only have rats. Big disgusting rats.
A wild fox is definitely not a threat to a kid and most likely not a threat to a dog. Seriously nbd, enjoy the view. Be happy it’s not coyotes.
