Hi Fishes, What's the Current trend of hikes in TCS, HCL, IBM, Capgemini, Infosys ( After these manay resignations ). Previously it was 4-5% on average. Before you start badgering a org, don't forget it gives job to approx 50k freshers every year.
Just because they didn't give a headphone, they still pay you enough to buy a decent headphone in that salary.
The hikes are low, but don't defame it just because you can here.

After going through all the threads feels like some information are incomplete. Spent 3 years over there and also worked with 2 Big4 orgs. So here are my 2cents.
PROS:-
1) Infosys is a mass recruiter and also responsible for recruiting majority of Engineers directly from university ..
2) Infosys is the only company that will give 6months of paid training at mysore to all sorts of people making them industry standard. Not sure how many company do so.
3)This is one of the company that provides highest number of on-site opportunities.
4)WLB facilities life here really good compared to other orgs i have seen so far.
CONS:-
1)Salary and Perks are low compared to the other orgs. Also the amount of work here is also quite standard and low.
2)They charge for facilities which is free in other orgs. Even if the amount's are low.
3)Growth is less.
Mostly seen people join infosys as their starting point of their carrer. And other reasons like on-site and DC's are available in all major cities so people get into their comfort level.
We are not living in stone age. All sorts of information about any org is available in all over internet even if small details.
Headphone:- If you need headphones then you can get it completely free by raising and AHD to CCD.
Not a fanboy of Infosys. But had a good time over there. All orgs have some pros and cons. It's based on the preferences what you want.

It's showing you work at delloite and referral delloite ka mag raha hai brother. Samja nahi..ek point aur add kar le yaha salary me deduction bahot jada hai.
Is there any rule that we cannot complain after joining? Are you serious , I had more than 6 offer letter before joining. None of the companies mention that they will provide the laptop, mouse and headphone and lots of other things. I worked here and I shared my experience that's all. It's not about the money, it's all about the culture and policies. They can't force the employees to use their personal devices for office purpose. Don't worry I am earning well enough as per my experience and I am happy with that.

Joined deloitte usi From Infosys. Yup what you said above is true. But if you're working on weekend you get comp off. So you can avail it any point of time. And the WLB is best. Some companies do have pro and cons. Perks aren't good in Infosys i agree

CTS used to give bags while joining but may be some changes.. I went to ibm ofc on last day to submit laptop n bag.. The guy said bhai sirf laptop dedo bag rakhlo
