Sopra steria manual testing opening

Hi Guys,
I had referred my friend in CTS, who joined in Feb 2022 & will complete 3 months (active payroll) on 15-May-2022. I received a mail confirming my referral acceptance.
Meanwhile, I have handed in my papers & am serving my notice period with my LWD being 23-May-2022. In this case, will I receive the referral bonus?

I recommend letting the baby drink the milk instead of you, should clear right up
(Just kidding, we had some issues with that too and really horrible green poops but I think it was just decreasing pumping times and doing what the other poster suggested)
At least this gave my wife and I a good laugh and going to try everyone’s suggestions!
Get a deep freezer and freeze the excess supply. You’ll be glad you did later on
Deep freeze let’s you keep your milk for 6-12 months. If just in regular fridge freezer, it’s way less than that.
Gas medicine helped us and also watching the moms diet a little more closely. Babies are so sensitive that even a small craving could mess them up. And by no means am I blaming this on the mom. Just something we noticed for our gassy baby.
In addition, taking extra time to burp and doing the exercises to release gas. There’s also a gas releaser piece that you can use but we never did.
Great tips.
Little Remedies or Mylicon worked for us. Gripe water not so much.
We also angled our bassinet to raise 1-1.5 inches – the incline helped. We have a snoo and this is what they recommended (and actually sell an attachment for this purpose).
Also, very important to hold baby upright or angled for 10-30 minutes after feeding. I know this is incredibly hard at 3am, but per my pediatrician and internet research, it usually takes babies a month for their body to fully develop to regulate their ability to control the fluids going down. Keeping the upright helps.
Manual express / pump some of the oversupply out before nursing - removes some of the pressure / watery supply and focuses on the fattier stuff
Isn’t colostrum usually the first to come out?
This question almost gave me PTSD. Little girl is 6 months old and we had a very rough time with coming up with a proper feeding approach — tried so many different formulas in addition to breast milk. I am a scientist by training and my wife is an adult cardiologist; I spent more than a hundred hours reading the pediatrics literature because we were so frustrated with our baby crying and not doing well.
I wish you the best and feel compelled to share with you:
- Gas is way less of a problem than most parents are led to believe. Look at Delphi studies of pediatric gastroenterologists
- It’s quite difficult to overfeed a baby. Yes there is all this talk about lactose overload etc but it’s actually very rare
- what is often a problem (although 3 weeks seems too young…) is that parents condition so that she can’t sleep unless she’s on the breast or on the bottle
- look at the actual studies for Simethicone (Mylicon). Apparently it does reduce gas, but doesn’t impact symptoms …lol.
- Similarly, there is all this talk about kids getting acid. Again, this is rare and drugs like famotidine don’t do much of anything at that age
- American pediatricians are also obsessed with finding allergies and intolerances. For example, milk protein intolerance is way way over diagnosed (not my opinion — there is a nice JAMA review on it). So all these women get on dairy free diets etc without any benefit most of the time
Bottom line:
New parents try a million things, and something eventually “works.” Or rather, the baby moves on.
My biggest learning is that instead of obsessing about “fixing” a problem, it’s best to just help your family get through it — as long as the baby doesn’t have a major health issue, he/she will be totally fine.
Hang in there it gets a lot better — you have no idea how helplessly in love you’re about to get …
Happens to the best of us….suggest laying off the Taco Bell!
All seriousness, had same issue. I found belly massage, light drumming on the belly (to the tune of Phil Collins In the Air Tonight), and leg bicycling worked to get the gas out.
Frida Baby makes a great tool for gas relief. It's a little straw that you insert and it relives pressure and gas for baby. It's pretty gross, admittedly, but the sighs of relief from our baby are worth it! I'll second the comments for drying, massaging, and bicycle kicks as well.
Take 5 teaspoons of fennel seeds and boil in water for 10-15 mins. Your wife can drink the extract and chew on seeds. Your baby will not have gas problems. This is natural anti gas remedy. Also what food your wife eats matters a lot. She needs to avoid any gassy foods for first 2-3 months.
