Hi,. 24F YOE = 2years10months Work = DevOps and cloud (AWS) . I have two offers, both from same work. SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Can anyone suggest which one to decide? I have some idea on SAP labs but not sure about airbus when it comes to work life balance, career growth, team. thank you and much appreciated

Pick an MD or SM in your industry who you admire / want to emulate.
Obviously, pick someone with some pipeline (get access to your industry group’s qualified pipeline). Let them know that they’re working on the stuff that you want to be working on. Get involved in supporting their proposals and then staff yourself on those projects. Lean in.
Success as an ACN L7 = support proposal, lead project, then extend project through great delivery.
Once you’re associated with delivering good results with the client SMs and MDs will fight over you.
If an SM or MD treats you poorly, move on to the next.

I'm not a manager, but when I got here, I found the head of my practice. The gatekeeper gave me names to contact about networking and roles. I set meetings with them. They gave me other names. Meetings. Names. Meetings.
I keep a list.
Then I message them when I need a role to ask what's being staffed.
