New to consulting and the big 4 - have been extended on the same project since joining. The project does not align to the skills or experience I was hired for and has been extremely challenging due to the lack of project organization and proper staffing. I received ‘progressing towards level’ on my last engagement review. How do I get off this project that’s clearly not a fit before it negatively impacts my overall career at the firm?

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. Last year I received an offer at Deloitte Belgium but due to Brexit & VISA delays, we couldn't continue. Now I'm unsure of my career progression & need guidance.

Anybody hiring for data analytics positions? I just need a first round interview. I am a decent candidate, my last 5 interviews were EY, McK, EY, McK and GS (last round, 1st round, last round, 2nd round, 1st round). I have 10 months of experience and graduated with majors in cs and bus. I interned once at a big 4 acc firm and once as a software engineer.
1 caveat: I am an F1 student on OPT.

I had my first round of interviews with Mckinsey last Friday. the first case was a disaster but the second case + both of the PEI were quite good.
