New to ExpertFlyer and struggling to find the value. Showing the available award seats is nice, but given the most important piece – price (miles & fees) – is missing feels like this is only a moderate help at best. E.g. If biz class MIA-LHR is on saver award for 60-80k miles I’ll book; if it’s full fare 150-300k no way.

Friends what's the recruitment process for BCG?
Butters look kinda blean for the summer

EY recruiting is such a mess. Applied and did a pre-recorded video interview, heard nothing for like 3 weeks. Then I get a random call saying they liked me and would I be available to attend an interview the following day. I say yes but never receive an email or additional details. Call back the number and it goes to voicemail. The following week I get a rejection email. Just so frustrating EY

It predates variable awards, and is still useful for fixed value awards (saver or partner awards), e.g. spending your Aeroplan miles on united or ANA flights
It’s a much more advanced tool. Of course shills like TPG pimp it because the same parent company owns both. It’s best for identifying exact seats on a route, ie “the suite” or “q suites” or Turkish’s new Aeroflot a350s. It’s great for looking at upgrade inventory as well. But if you want prices, something like seats.aero or point.me (free for bilt users) is much easier.

Thanks! Do you have the subscription too? Is it worth it?

Does Expert Flyer not show the available fare codes? You can infer the rough price from there
Super useful tool if you know what you’re doing. Only drawback is that it’s not free.
