Weird question. Got an offer months ago for a job abroad (not in my country of choice) and turned it down due to the low salary and not being in Europe. I started a new role in NYCsince I got that job offer in a large firm (from a small firm in a small town), started 3 months ago, and I absolutely hate it. Just started working in-house within the last couple of months. First real attorney gig after doing compliance. The GC was terminated and I had to fill in the role as GC (even though that’s not what I’m called). My company says they don’t need a GC. Talked to my boss today and they want to hire another to take things off my plate since I am the only attorney. They plan to rewrite my job position to do more risk and compliance. Am I wrong for feeling like I should have been included in the convo?

Why is that you see people rise in the profession of teaching who prosper to Principals. Is it What they Know? or Who they Know? with a Masters and with Honors my district has never even considered my Principalship even though I completed all the requirements.
