I doubt I'll get much of a raise to make the cost of classes worth it.. I'm not happy here... & Age-ism is VERY REAL...😔 Do I look elsewhere? Can't retire.

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

In an effort to make my job opportunity appealing, I am asking everyone in this bowl about an appropriate job title. Is "Administrative Assistant" outdated or unappealing? Hey! I’m new here and would like some input. I’ve been working in a new position for almost 5 months. In that time I’ve witnessed some unethical and lots of unprofessional behavior. I’ve been yelled at and berated by my coworker 3 separate times because of minor errors. I’m ready to quit. There are so many major issues in this company that I don’t know if I want to subject my mental health to this degree of toxicity. I just don’t know how to move forward from here.

Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor! I ended cutting my hand on an exacto knife and there was no first aid! Is this normal?

How do you manage your money?

I only bring in a little over $2,600 a month. After paying all my expenses, I get to put away $500 a month in savings but don’t have much wiggle room for anything else, including going out money.

I’m very privileged to have a significant inheritance and zero debt of any kind. I really wonder how my peers who have student loans, car payments, and even children manage to pay their bills and live so comfortably. Please share if this is you!
