Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.

Always look somewhere else for better opps
Well, if the attorney wants you to get certified that much then I would at least try to have a conversation with them about covering the cost of your training. If they're not willing to do that, then your best bet would probably be to find another job since you're that unhappy there. And if they do cover the cost then you get to upskill and eventually leave for a better job regardless.
I mean if you don't like where you are at, it isn't always worth it to stay in a place that is volatile. I would make it my mission to find a better work environment elsewhere. Are you able to move to make your chances of finding another job greater? Do you feel like you owe it to them to stay for giving you a chance and that is why you are hesitating leaving?
