Need advice: 30 Weeks and feel like third trimester has been an emotional rollercoaster. Get upset very easily and any small comment made by my husband makes me cry. Tonight I was by myself for dinner and could not stop crying and feeling anxious, scared and alone. I don’t know if this is depression or just hormonal. Has anyone felt like this ever or I should take it more seriously and talk to my provider about it in my next visit?

Hi i lost majority of my money in the stock market. I married and promised my family that I will not make the mistake I made 7 years ago. Gambling. Is this an addiction I have. I keep selling stocks and taking loses buying other stock hoping it will recover but never did and sell again taking loses and buy again. It now sink in to me. I borrow personal loan hoping that the market will do k and I pay it back but I even lost that. I can't stop crying that I hurt the one I love the most my family.

When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Because I can’t guarantee that and I really don’t know if everything is going to be ok. I was taken aback recently when a friend told me I am calloused and cold-hearted for not being able to say those words. Is she right? Should I start saying this for the purposes of providing comfort only??

My older sister is an extremely talented woman. She knows everything brand design, graphic design and ideation. The list goes on with what she can do and it is all self taught. She’s on the job hunt looking for something flexible while she’s working at a nonprofit. I want to encourage her to do design but I’m unsure of how to actively help without over stepping?
