How much is RSM’s referral bonus?
Hello! Question for anyone that works at Google if I have hit my 3 applications per 90 days can I still apply to an additional role through a referral link? Or will I have to wait until the 90 days is up? Actually asking for a friend that doesn’t have this app 😊 thanks in advance for any insight.
As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

I only stop people for these things in well-lit areas. Otherwise, they may feel confused about why they are being stopped, and that can be a scary experience for a lot of people.
There is a lot of propoganda shoved down the throats to rookie cops. There is no "big" drug arrest... there's always more. Arrest a child abuser or a burglar and you're on to something. Give it times, drugs will be legal.
"Best arrests" -- wtf?
That was some of the best traffic stops I've ever made in my career. Small things like tag lights, tail light, headlight out, would yield some of the biggest drug bust I've ever had. Keep doing your thing and be safe.
Isn't this just broken windows policing? My department has completely given this up in recent years. I have mixed feelings about it. I see some of the benefits but see that it has had bad implications on poor communities that are at much greater risks for being terrorized by law enforcement.
Little things lead to big things. 1 small mistake could lead to a bust and maybe bigger. Keep it up brother!
Pretext stops are a great tool for finding, drugs, warrants, impaired drivers etc. A lot of agencies have gotten away from being proactive and I think we’re seeing the negative consequences of that shift nationwide. The big thing is, making every encounter that doesn’t uncover a crime as positive and friendly as possible, emphasizing our role educating the public on the rules of the road and putting things in terms of a “friendly reminder” to get something fixed rather than a citation.
Ive had some of those... led to some drug arrests.
Best arrest? Never heard of it before. Haha
The term you’re looking is called a pretext stop. In many communities that have been overpoliced it is a common point of frustration . And it is this tactic that has caused many legislators to remove the ability of officers to stop vehicles for common pretext stops.
Using those tactics to stop suspected offenders would be a better course of action. You should probably also ticket, or give a written warning to everyone so it looks like you were doing traffic enforcement and find things.
Interesting to see the difference in responses between LEO’s and non-LEO’s. 😄 Real-world experience has a way of changing your perspective.
