One thing that gets old fast is dealing with coworkers who smile in your face, act cool all day, then switch up the second it benefits them. I have seen people be friendly right up until there is pressure, then suddenly they are protecting themselves and leaving you exposed. How do some people live like that at work? Hi, I am currently a Sr. Radiation Therapist experiencing burnout. I am currently looking into other positions within healthcare that does not involve direct patient care. Any suggestions of routes I should take?

I’m really discouraged. My after tax / after 401k contributions etc. take home pay is $6,500 monthly. I have $60,000 in savings / stocks for a down payment but even looking at a $550,000 home, my monthly payment would be about $3,400 from the calculators I’ve been using. Is that too high?

So discouraged that houses where I live are about 50% higher than what they were 2 years ago, and now interest rates are around 5.25% for my credit score. This is like a 1750 sq foot home

I'm SVP/strategy for a PR agency. I moved into PR, Healthcare, and Strategic Planning only 3 years ago. An agency recruiter is trying to convince me to move into a GSVP account role, assuring me "at that level it's all strategy." (I dont think she understands the words she's using. Or that I'm qualified). But long-term, knowing account roles are so much more plentiful than brand planning in PR, I'm wondering if I should start thinking about account. Anyone here moved from strategy to account?
