Now without me asking her she increased the hourly wage to the maximum range I asked. Which makes me doubt if the company increased it or she knew the rate all along but gave me the lower rate ?

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

You go on a date spend quality time , you have some intimate moments and the next thing the guy does is unmatch you on the app without sending a text.
Does this count as ghosting ?
Is expecting a text from other person saying " this is not what he is looking for " is too much to ask ?
This kind of behaviour puts other person on the self doubt mode.
