I bring (1) an Anker 65w charger and 6 foot USB-C cable (rather than the huge travel charger that comes with my Lenovo laptop), (2) Logitech MX Anywhere 3S mouse, (3) Logitech Keys to Go 2 keyboard, (4) travel monitor, (5) small mouse pad (in case I am on a glass table), (6) AirPod Pros, (7) work iPad (can also serve as an extra monitor if needed), and (8) a power bank capable of charging the laptop.

In an attempt to be healthier, I built a permanent standing desk. Now, once every couple hours my Apple Watch reminds me “it’s time to stand up” and I feel superior to all those chair sitters out there.

I'm a light sleeper who cares too much about the people around me, but I've got a flight to London next Friday from 7pm NYC time to 7am UK time, and I'd really like to master sleeping on a plane just this once and not be in jet lag hell for the entire day after I land. I'll be in premium economy in an aisle seat. I usually take melatonin before bed and sleep on my side. Does anyone have suggestions for an OTC sleeping pill or pillow that actually works, or other advice for sleeping on a plane?
