What your CEO means is that a lot of people quit and they didn't need to give any of them a severance. Everyone left has been folded like laundry and will do anything to keep their checks clearing including work tons of unpaid overtime and the jobs of three (or more) people. Meanwhile, the company will pretend to be looking for new hires to "alleviate the sudden increase in work" by posting jobs that they'll never fill.
The success IS there, you're all just too hung up on the past and can't see the bigger picture at your level. Maybe you should stop being so selfish and think of the poor Board Members who supported the company despite the peanuts worth of dividends they earned prior to RTO. Stop taking PTO during critical business cycles, start hitting your KPIs, and maximize shareholder value. It all starts with YOU. Now to dig into that tibetan crab my friend who owns 3 hedge funds was telling me about 👏🏽
Shoulda had the whole hands ready. You're taking on the corporate grindset here, buddy😈
After the Coldplay fiasco we’ve all seen why execs are so excited to be back in the office.
The CEO may not know the true company culture. I work for local government and sometimes the Mayor is waaaaay off with what he thinks our community actually wants, because he is surrounded by people who are telling him that his ideas are solving all of our local issues. His family, friends, and close advisors think he’s fantastic and I think he honestly doesn’t realize the areas in which he’s disconnected from the rest of our community
Culture is not the same as what people want.
That’s nice
The Emperor has no clothes! 🙄
Culture = finally taking advantage of our expensive lease, or incentivizing people to leave to reduce headcount.
Always love how company surveys go straight to the trash.
