Outsourcing to low cost locations is a form of institutional racism.

Companies across the US, UK, Aus implement policy changes that disenfranchise customers and at times skirt lines of legality. They know the changes will infuriate customers. But, they don’t have to deal with that, they just pay people of color indentured servitude money to cop the abuse. Too expensive to pay locals to deal with such justified rage. And, conveniently, the offshore experiences are so bad, the customers give up.

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). We functioned as the Marketing team for 4 brands and primarily focused on product launches and sustaining social media content. I’m currently working on employee data set and business wants to figure out the employee shift type based on number of working hour and days worked and categorize into 8*5 (8 hours 5 days) or (10 hours 4 days) a week. But the real challenge is employee hours are varying because of their overtime work and other reasons so it ranges from 0-20 and also employee can start his shift any day in a week.

So any ideas or suggestions on solving this to find shif type accurately?

Child care when traveling for work should be expensable… also dog boarding… I cannot get over how things like first class seats and any meals for higher ups, dry cleaning, ubers/lyfts over cheaper options, etc. all are expensable but essential costs you need to foot when traveling like child care and dog boarding are not expensable.
