Outsourcing to low cost locations is a form of institutional racism.

Companies across the US, UK, Aus implement policy changes that disenfranchise customers and at times skirt lines of legality. They know the changes will infuriate customers. But, they don’t have to deal with that, they just pay people of color indentured servitude money to cop the abuse. Too expensive to pay locals to deal with such justified rage. And, conveniently, the offshore experiences are so bad, the customers give up.

So creating job opportunities for people of color is racism against them? Do you know what happens when a factory closes in those poor countries? There is no government to give them unemployment, they literally go hungry. Famine is a real thing in those countries.
