100% agree. If you know science, you can learn anything.
Science incorporates math, reading, writing and social studies.
Maybe it’s because it’s not taught in an accessible way so parents are remembering how difficult it was to understand it in a concrete way and think they can’t help their students learn at home.
We tell students who have a hard time reading to read more and you’ll get better. (Practice practice practice)
I tell my students if they have a hard time doing math then they should math more. Just like anything else in life.
Practice makes permanent
