I have a third round interview this Thursday, but after I sent my availability, I booked a flight for work that is causing a problem. The interview ended up scheduled for 3:30-4:15, and I'm supposed to be on a 5pm flight out of LGA. Is there a reliably quiet place at LGA to do the interview (I don't have lounge access)? Would it be a bad idea to say my availability changed and I can't do that time slot anymore? Or should I cancel / rebook my flight to later at night?

I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at. I’d like to “make it” here but if it means switching career to make money I’d like to get an idea to make the right job change.

I'm planning a wedding and wondering if I should apply for new credit cards to maximize on points. If so, wondering what your recommendations are and or if there are new cards out there I haven't heard of yet. For context I probably have another 20k+ in expenses to pay still and my current cards are:

Citi double cash
Random card (used to be uber)

Think this consolidation period is going to end in the near term, primarily driven by:

1. Microstrategy “open sourcing” their playbook for purchasing BTC as public company

2. Coinbase to offer staking for ETH in Q1 ‘21 - think how much will get locked up.

3. GME / stonks fallout - retail may moreso see the benefits of decentralization and crypto. Yes Coinbase is CEX to get you onboard, but DEX can’t be turned off.

Would anyone from Big 4, MBB, and Kearney be willing to give me some idea on why I’m not getting any first round interviews? Even with referrals I can’t even get a phone screen. I have great work experience with documented success. But it is 2 years of FT, 1 year of internship, and just graduated from a non-target MBA. Is it I’m asking for too much for associate? I’m currently at 140 base and am asking only just to match my base. Or is my experience not enough for senior associate?

Currently at Big 4. Have offers for a PL/Principal at MBB and for a VP role at a Fortune 20 company. The VP role is more interesting and comp a bit better but I’m told would accelerate faster at MBB. The initial plan was to end up at MBB. What’s the best for future flexibility?
