People who do all job interviews on Zoom, get hired on Zoom and begin working on Zoom: how do companies know that YOU are actually YOU?

Hi All.....I have accepted TCS offer (41lac ...11.7yrs experience).....my experience has been nice so far (interview / hr discussion)....however there is so much of negative comments on TCS here....I am kind of confused..... my priority is WLB.... is situation really that bad? 😀...... some genuine feedback would really help....Thank you

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

I am starting a 4-months internship at a company B in January. However, I just heard from a company T that they will interview me for their full time position.

Company T is paying me way more (twice) than Company B. And I like company T more. However, they want me to start working in February if I get this position. If I end up getting the offer, I will have to quit my internship at Company B, almost immediately after I begin the internship.

In reality, most of these DSA concepts are already implemented in some libraries our code uses and we rarely have to code such Algorithms by hand.
