I have a query. Not sure if this is the right forum for it, but let me just ask it here.
I have completed my B.Tech. on 2020 and got a job in an MNC with a 3.8LPA, but due to COVID, the onboarding was delayed to Feb 2021. During this time, I had enrolled myself for a distance M.Tech. degree.
I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.
Should I have some increment in my new company as to my M.Tech. completion?

I feel silly asking this question: is there a meaningful difference in pay progression or exits between M, B, and B? Just signed with one and it seems my inferiority complex has evolved

To fellow Agency Producers. how often are you doing print producing, as well as video production? My agency doesn’t have a print producer in house, and I am finding myself doing that job + the normal video production of campaigns we continually do. I feel over worked and underpaid. Interviewing for Cyber Sec role. At very beginning they ask salary exp. I said usual way to postpone that question, and to figure out their range for role. On final interview and I mentioned 85-95k and they said it’s on the lower end for role…. Did I lowball myself?

I joined on 28th November and was told that the payroll team will contact me before 15th for payroll setup.

I have opened a new salary account with icici for gds but still have not been contacted by payroll team.
