Pivoting into a new role and I’m somewhere between scared and excited and terrified and energized. It’s not imposter syndrome because I know I don’t know what I’m doing - and that’s kind of the point of re-invention. For those of you who made a major career change and landed on your feet, what advice do you have?

I have been in Recruiting and HR for 11 years and thinking about making a career move. Ild love to hear from anyone that’s made a career move from HR to a different role.

Anyone know any companies or know of anyone that had no direct experience but was hired as a product manager? I have a background in marketing and some technical skills but I have no product experience. I want to pivot from marketing/operations to a product manager role.

I have been working as a Sr BA with 3 YOE for Uber. I have the following offers

1. Zomato : Product Analyst , 21 LPA all fixed

2. Meesho: Snr. Business Analyst, 20 Fixed + 12 Esops (3yrs vesting)

3. Uber: Manager (L3) - In process (mostly they'll match to retain)

4. Google: Product Analyst - In process (I'm confident I'll have something but process would last longer, and I have will have to take a call on above 3)

I have an incline to build career in product. Suggest me the best.
