There are lot of mixed reviews about Nagarro.. some folks are saying Nagarro do not fire even in covid the only did the pay cuts and did not fire anyone... where as some folks are saying Nagarro is hiring rigorously more than their projects strength so firing will happen for sure and if you are on bench for more than 1 month you are in red zone as the same happened in past... what is the mystery.. can anyone from Nagarro an honest review about this organization.

Black women made the career switch from corporate America to entrepreneurship during Covid-19. While it appears entrepreneurship was deemed a necessity, Black women were the largest group of new business owners closely followed by Latina women. These businesses have high growth potential but why is access to finding still a barrier?
Share your thoughts on why.

I have worked at Accenture for 2 yrs as a software developer and due to interest in core side, took training in Rv-Vlsi and placed in capgemini as PHYSICAL DESIGN ENGINEER . And it's been 9 months, I didn't get any project. I am much frustrated as I am wasting my imp time. I'm regretting now of leaving Accenture :( Can you give me suggestions on what to learn in this free time? Intel Corporation Qualcomm MediaTek Synopsys Inc. Advanced Micro Devices Inc.

What is the culture like, type of work and reputation of Capco in the Data & Analytics space?
I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.
TIA

Main (and now maybe only?) ACN office is on Fenchurch Street in the city of London. Next to the walkie talkie. Nearest tube station is Monument.
It's not clear what the policy will be post covid. They have significantly reduced the number of desks and not renewed leases for buildings, so there may be a move for a hybrid model. I don't see a future of full WFH absent exceptions, but there is a process for approvals. Honestly, the London office was (and will be again) a great place to work and be productive, and you will be harming your career if you don't go into the office (when it's safe).
1 hour from the office is largely still within London. Look east in areas like Stratford. Do your best to be in London so you have access to everything the city offers. It is not inexpensive. Pay is lower than other major cities. But it's a great city.
I have lived in a small though nicely furnished and decorated 2 bed apartment 30min walk from Accenture office for £1600. If you look at areas like Harlesden you might be able to find something in your range I think (not sure about exact areas, but think 40-50mins on the tube). Though have in mind that tube is very expensive, so you’ll need to pay for travel (best to live zones 2-3)
Can someone provide insights into ACN‘s current policy for hybrid model (e.g. wfh + 2 days in office)?
I’m moving from another country too and will be choosing to live far away from London.
London is huge. You need to be more specific. If you can point out the office area like Liverpool Street, Morrison street, etc Travelling within London itself takes 1 hours soemtimes.
Prefer a 1 BHK over studio as house or flat in London are very small compared to India.
Fenchurch streat, proper city I heard
Where is your office location ? Are you relocating along or with family ?
London City. Spouse will join me, no kids.

Less than 1h commute means you're still in London. The city is big.
What's your budget? (~30-50% of income)
Rising Star
For that budget you can try Wembley and beyond on the Jubilee line.
The areas aren't great (pretty rough) but the commute will be decent.
You could consider moving east (Illford or likes)
They are a bit further out but possibly within your budget
Also, a decent Indian community which may come in handy if that’s what you or your spouse prefer
Thanks for the suggestion
