I recently joined Swiss Re at 30lpa, pretty good manager and work culture. Got a hike of 10% in 3 months without me asking for it. But got an offer from another company which I was interviewing for before joining here and they are offering a base of 45lpa. Now I am unsure how I convey this to my manager coz I want to stay here but at the same time I am salivating over this new offer and wish I get similar numbers here. Is it worth raising a discussion? It has been impossible to build a good relationship with my manager, he isn’t transparent with me and never provides any constructive feedback so I have no idea how I’m performing. I recently asked for a raise since I completed all my assigned projects for this year plus a few that I took on due to resignations and was denied with no reason. I’m so checked out and looking for a new job and manager that I can learn from and will help me grow, any help is appreciated!

Context:
I spent 2 days last week and tmr fumbling over invoicing activity with the owner using a poorly designed invoicing spreadsheet. Last minute changes to already approved templates impacting >30 invoices is ridiculous. There will be a control sheet, an invoice generating sheet and a summary sheet. Q’s or comments?

The only thing we salaried person can do is to focus on earning more and high CTC instead of finding ways to save tax because you can't do anything much.

So focus on high salary.

My company HR denied my request for home infrastructure setup, not even headphones or joining kit.
Isn't the company supposed to provide this as a basic support ? Should I ask again ?
