Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?

I have an interview coming up with Church & Dwight. When the recruiter emailed me with 3 interview times I thought he was asking me what time works best. I was discussing my recent job search with some friends and we got into a small debate. I stand firm on not wasting my time applying for a job that doesn't post the salary with the job description, anyone else do this? I feel like anytime I have interviewed for a job that didn't post the salary, they end up lowballing me during the offer phase.
