Got project where we didn't do lot of coding
Now I am on 5.93lpa
I did CSM and learning scrum and agile
I want to switch for scrum master role ASAP and crack atleast 100% hike
I have some stuff going on right now and I'm depressed having sucidal thoughts
I feel if I earn good things will be better
If someone please coach me little or guide me to prepare resume or get interview call will be appreciated.

Any tips on what to expect at the "Hiring Manager interview" for a Solutions Architect role at Databricks?

Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. I’m stuck in my old pay scale but have gotten promotions and raises quickly with more on the horizon. A recruiter reached out with a new role for 2-2.5x more than I currently make doing something similar. I love my company and the people I work with but the money isn’t there. Is it worth trying to get a counter to stay if I get the bigger offer?

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.
