Not getting a single call for interview

Hi,
Can anyone tell me what kind of questions to expect in the 2nd round of interview with BCG Gamma for Predictive Analytics?

In the 1st round of interview, I was asked ML questions and basic Modelling approach on 2 cases.

Feeling incredibly stuck at the moment. Just about to finish the CbD program, haven’t learnt much and want out ASAP. Not sure what roles to apply for. Mainly done Business Analyst/PM type work..

currently at a mid sized firm looking to go B4 but don't know anyone. should i hit up recruiters or staff on linkedin?

But did not received offer letter yet
Trying to reach recruiter but they are not receiving my calls either from last week.
on Ionboard portal I can see the 50% process has beed completed.
Is this a normal process in HCL ?

When looking for recruiter at a particular company for design positions, do so reach out to recruiters in the holding company? How do I know who is the proper person to reach out to.

Hello. Has anyone successfully used the LazyApply app to find a job? Is it worth the subscription? Are the calls for interview from high or low quality opportunities?

I have 3 years of Experience working as a fullstack developer using .NET Core, Angular, React, and Postgres.

I have also done certifications in Machine learning using Python and Tensorflow, but I am unable to land an interview with Microsoft, even if my profile matches the job description.

I finished a third round interview, and HR contacted me that afternoon saying I had positive feedback across the board and they would contact me the next day regarding next steps. It’s been two days and they finally get back to me saying they haven’t been able to sync with the hiring manager but will keep me posted. Honestly I wish they would talk with the hiring manager and then let me know the decision instead of checking in. It’s messing with my emotions.

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
