Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

Bill the hours you work.
Definitely something I expect to do, probably actually underbill, since I'll be new to this, and clients would be pissed we charged so much for easy work

Bill whatever your team tells you to. When I was in consulting, we billed at minimum 8 hours even if we didn’t do work the entire day
Def depends if contract is t&m or fixed fee. If t&m then charge proper hours. If it’s fixed fee and you’re allocated as a full time resource, “bill” 40 hours if u work more or less. But also just ask your lead or SM what to do if you’re not sure.
*Also what kind of controls do these firms have in place to mitigate this?

Time reporting policy. You follow your firm’s to the letter else risk people’s jobs.
