Got a new job and will start H-1B transfer. What’s the risk of giving my notice right before LCA is filed or right after? I know all lawyers advice to give notice once H-1B receipt is received but I need a break from my current role and want to have some free time before I start new role. I’m a Junior product manager with a Master’s in Healthcare Management. I feel like the current company that I am at has my title as JPM, but I am doing PM work i.e creating product roadmaps, collaborating across stakeholders (business, marketing, design teams), creating user stories/features, etc. and I feel like my work isn’t being valued and I’m constantly being micromanaged by business teams expectations.

How feasible is it for me to apply to a PM role with less than a year of experience?

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing. Till last July I was earning 12 LPA, now I switch to a product based with 30 LPA. Where 27 is the base. Monthly I pay 45k tax.
Things that i am doing already is LIC = 40 k , SSA= 50 k (for my kid) and tution fees = 25 K .So altogether withPF other superannuation fund I can show 1.5 Lakhs in 80 C.

Apart from this planning to buy flats or small villa in chennai. I can pay invest more as my most money goes as a saving or buy gold as risk free. Please advice wat else can i do? Kindly
