Posting here since the other bowls are mostly about CTCs. I've been out of therapy for a while and I think I'm depressed again. I don't eat, I can't sleep. I'm going through a quarter life crisis and just can't pull out. The therapist advised to not let the failures define myself. I tried to work things out but I feel like I'm failing again. What's worse, sick, not working, or a wrecked family? When I introspect, I fathom I lived a wasted year. Isn't it paradoxical to want to live and die?

Get your blood check up for vitamin D3 and b12 levels. Feelings are based off chemical reactions and those lingering emotions can manifest themselves as “depression” or other diseases depending on the body.

Also start taking refrigerated probiotics by Solaray. Gut bacteria is directly linked to mental health as well.

Meditation/acupuncture from a real acupuncturist going to help you in the long term a lot. You have to learn to control your emotions but these things should help you

Those aren’t enough quantities and also most of those vitamins are synthetic form (you need raw food sources for the vitamins I recommended). In fact taking becosul z might cause the opposite effect since you are replacing the need for a real vitamin for a synthetic one. Just be careful please

TSH - thyroid - imbalances may also lead to low energy/mood. It’s very common. I would also suggest scheduling a session with a therapist in addition to the supplements/tests.

I’ve been depressed for years now and this past week I lost a dog I’ve had for 15 years; he was one of the only bright spots in my life and I’ve just found it so hard to focus or motivate myself on anything after this. I genuinely feel like I’m at rock bottom, Idk if I’m crazy to feel that way bc of a dog but I used to be able to control this and put up a front but now my depression and anxiety are starting to leak into my work conversations completely unintentionally, I wish this would stop :(

My husband and I want to start a family so in preparation for pregnancy I tried lowered my Vyvanse dose from 40 mg to 30 mg to see if I could get by on lower dose. I feel like I’m not even taking medicine at all. When you lowered a dose did you get used to this feeling or should I know right away that this isn’t going to work? I feel withdrawal like my brain is slow and I can’t keep a thought in my mind long enough to finish the thought. I’m on day 4 and it sucks!
