He got 2 offers:

1. IBM offering 14 LPA.
Role is Software Developer

2. Accenture offering 14 LPA
Role is Senior Software Engineer.

Both are offering Job role as In Full-stack dev.

Can anybody please share review/opinions please.
Want to know long term goal with respect to Project, Learning curve, benching period, Hike/Increment/promotion. Which to join?
