McKinsey & Company I had a second round of interview with McK 1 week back but no one got back to me yet.
I only received a link to login to McK website where the status my job application shows “In Progress”.
I am not sure whether it takes so much time for McK to respond after the second round.Is anybody aware of this?

My friend got offers from Rockwell automation, inc and Capgemini.
The offer iis 17 LPA fixed from CapG and 17.5 Fixed + 2.5 Variable from Rockwell.
He wants to work as consultant and CapG is giving him that and Rockwell is giving him Developer designation.
His yoe is 4.5y. He is confused about where he should join.
PS He is in IOT and isn't in fishbowl yet. He will be soon, but in the meanwhile, it will be nice if anyone can clear the confusion or recommend something.

It depends. I wouldn’t want to hotel hop on my honeymoon, so I wouldn’t add Marriott to Hyatt to IHG.
I’d just figure out what you want to do, then figure out how to use points to see if you can make it happen.
Yeah for sure we’d just chase what the best deal would be at that point in time depending on the hotel we’re thinking 3/4 weeks total so we may end up hopping around anyway (last week for relaxation).
To your point might be best to see what we can make work, it’s how we’ve done it before and it’s always worked out for us in the past, thank you !!
Transfer the Chase to Hyatt and stay at one of their resorts
How are you getting these values? Even at the most conservative of 1.5 if you redeemed chase through their portal (assuming you have a reserve) that many points would be at least 7K.
For chase and Amex normally the best value is by transferring your points
No one can tell you an estimate because it depends on what you’re using the points for and how many points your preferred things will cost- not by the dollar value

The Amex can transfer to Hilton or Marriott and if you catch it in a special increase the amount (I just had 100k points converted to 280k with Hilton a couple months ago bc of a promotion they had)

What's the point of the values? Are you selling them to fund the honeymoon?
A few years back we booked round trip first class flights from NYC to Seoul on Korean Air for 200k. Cash price when I booked was $16k. So that’s 8 cents per point, a fantastic value. Plenty of way worse ways to use those same points so they’d have a much lower value.

Move the chase over to Marriott.
They had a double point transfer promo earlier this year but I wasn’t going to use them so held off. Good idea to keep a lookout for that again next year though !
