I had interview with wipro for l1 round on 19th oct,2022 and i got call on 27th oct that i cleared the first round and second round l2 was happened on 31st oct. I did not get any update on that till now.

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Quick survey: Do you guys think having a template package to envelope an ML model as an application would be helpful.
