Why would you not take the vacation that you’re entitled to? As long as you’re not doing it over busy season or something I don’t see the issue
I’d consider utilization but otherwise I wouldn’t let that deter you from vacation. I took a 2 week vacation this year and I am 10% above the required utilization metrics.
Why do people give a shit about utilization? Just paid your filthy hours who cares...
^Promotion and Bonuses are why people consider utilization.
