Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. When will real estate law move past the need for original signature pages? They are the bane of my existence.

I want to get into Real Estate Law - as a NY attorney I know it should be relatively easy to get my real estate brokers license and I’m also considering a 1 year LLM in Real estate law, is the LLM worth it or should I just continue applying to real estate attorney jobs?
