Riddle me this Batman: Im told that I can bill X amount for X task but no more, or warned that I may not plan and prepare for certain things even though I do (lost time) Exhibit A: Can’t bill to plan and prepare a motion or pleading, plus bill for the drafting of the document. Seems not grounded in reality to me.

Customers are giving us bad experience ratings because we don’t offer them the solutions they want. Our company won’t allow us to offer those solutions, but the manager punishes us for low ratings anyway. I don’t get how they’re ok with that.

Hi fishes! I am in final HR discussions with Ericsson. They are offering Job Stage 5 -- 13lpa (not final). Java Spring Boot, YoE 4.5/5.9. CCTC is 7.7lpa and offer in hand is 11lpa. Am I being low balled as per Ericsson's standards?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

Potentially at an all time low - personally, professionally and emotionally. I have to believe that life’s inflection points happen for a reason. There’s a bigger lesson for me around this corner...

Hear me out - I moved and lived in different continents, countries every 5 years or so until now… I feel like I’m an outlier and my life is super different from anyone else’s. Do you ever feel like there are rooms you’re locked out of? I’m a black woman, i lateraled to my group a few months ago with minimal onboarding and welcome. A white woman joined recently and everyone has bent over backwards to make her feel welcome and get her integrated into the group. People have invested less in me and it’s going to show in a few years when she’s up for partner and I’m still catching up.
