Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work. My TC has fluctuated (currently around 135K CAD), but it seems like it's relatively easy to breach the 100K bar, but hard to breach the 150K bar.
