promotion announced - so, When will get revised offer letter

Hello I was wondering if any admin assistants have gotten an inflation raise? At the next staff meeting I was going to ask for an inflation raise but I wanted to ask around before I did. Also if so how much was the raise and what not? Thank you in advance!

Has any companies given their employees good raises to help with the rising costs of everything? I was a top performer and only got around 3% this last year.

Every employees at TD just got a 3% off cycle raise to combat inflation. Comes into effect July 1st.

Have other companies done similar? Obviously doesn't fully offset inflation but I'm glad to see the bank addressing the issue.

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.

So far there has been an online assessment, round 1of interview with assistant manager, round 2 of interview with the Manager.
