You really thinking about moving from Accenture to PwC for Technology? Oof. There are a couple of decent practices, but most are trash. I’m happy to provide specifics if you’d like. Edit: I spent 4 years at PwC in Tech Advisory
I am in TC at PWC and love it. To each their own.
They might do 155 as an experienced manager but it’s exceeding the top of the cohort and the next level up for that salary band is senior manager. Kind of a tough spot to transition in unless you are great at building relationships/network quickly. If that’s not you, chances are you linger around that salary level for a few years which isn’t ideal
