My base loc is Bengaluru, but currently I am not mandatorily required to work from office, and have been working from home since I joined Deloitte in July. Should I talk to my manager and go back to my hometown Kolkata and work from there? Staying in PG all day and working from here is not quite feasible for me. Suggest pls. Deloitte India
How is the company culture?

Lets say $100 was my co-pay before the insurance change. Now say my medicine is $1,000 - the new insurance is asking me to pay the $1,000 because it's below my deductible (and thru express-scripts). It's ridiculous.
Not looking forward to paying full price for all the scrips I have
I fucking hate ExpressScripts! They keep denying my approval for a specific medication, and refusing to cover it...my insurance at EY with $5 prescription co-pay is the biggest thing I miss
Next town hall we should ask why the firm continually shifts the cost of health insurance from them (the employer) to the employee every year, but doesn't increase the amount contributed to HSA or the high deductible costs.
I do use express scripts. But as OP just wrote, yeah it's still gonna cost more than the old copay.
See if the drug provider has a discount card. I do it that way and pay less than express scripts
PwC's health insurance is so bad I cancelled and switched to my wife's insurance - much more affordable
Our is worse trust me.
^It's ridiculous!!!
Wtf!
10 years ago high deductible plans were about 6% of the plans offered to employers/employees and now it's over 20%
Why do say that, I love EY's insurance
@P1 do you use ExpressScripts? It can save you some serious money (and will ship 3 months of most meds).
Oh yeah and express script staff ... they messed up this one prescription and I got email asking for the same info over and over from the doc and they kept sending it. I eventually cancelled it and went to a pharmacy - the kind in a building. Express script phone people sound like hillbillies who are chain smoking btw. One sounded like a really nice lady 😂 I have to admit
Also GoodRx will save your life.
