What’s the best way to make the most out of 55k united miles. The miles to gift card conversion only gives me $380

My company is paying for one credit card. I'm leaning towards Amex Platinum given the large 100k sign up bonus at the moment (which I'll be able to hit). People lean towards CSR because of the 3x on dining but I don't eat out that much (and additional perks, but I prefer the Amex for that).
