I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. Does pwc sdc has "teams" and team meetings? Or we are supposed to wait for project allocation and that's the only team we will be working with? Joined pwc 15 days ago and so far I have only talked with my RL, coach and buddy once. No one is reaching out and even after 15 days, I don't know anyone from my team and have no one to talk to.
